April Days

 The SUMMER 2024 calendars will be available soon, late March/early April! 

Our summer program will operate as normal. All space availability will be on a first come, first serve basis. As always, priority WILL be given to SCE students!

Normal Hours of Operation:

Before School: 6:30a-9:05a; After school: 4:00p-6:00;Full Days: 7:00a-5:30p

*Please remember to register your child by midnight the Wednesday before the week care is needed. You will be charged a late registration fee if you register beyond this cut-off date.

*All space is first come, first serve. Please keep this in mind as you plan your schedule.

*There are no credit or exchanges given once the Wednesday prior cut-off date has passed. Please email all schedule changes to Jessica or Ruth. 

*If your child is sick, please do not send them to the program. Please review our parent handbook regarding our policy for children who are ill. 

*Please pack snacks as needed for each session. SCE BASE does not provide snacks for children.

Field Trip/Activity Fees

Fees range between $5.00-$25.00, depending on activity. These fees apply to activities offered both on-site and off-site

Transportation Fee

There is a $7.00 transportation fee added to all field trips. This is in addition to any activity that may be applied.

Discounts

*A 10% discount will be given off the second child to families with more than one child attending BASE. However, this discount is applied only on full days and is off the daily full day BASE rate only

*To receive the new 2023-2024 staff discount (applies only to staff working @ DCSD schools/offices), please speak to Jessica or Ruth

*Please note that late registration negates sibling and staff discounts*
