Our Mission is to promote the safety, well-being, and development of every child while partnering with school and community to be the best choice for families.
What is B.A.S.E.?
The SCE B.A.S.E. Program is a child-care program available to all students who attend Sand Creek Elementary School grades Kindergarten through Sixth. We offer our program before school and after school, as well as a full-day option during breaks.
B.A.S.E. Hours
* Until May 28th 2026*
Before School: 6:30 - 9:05 AM
After School: 4:00 - 6:00 PM
Full Days: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
*Starting August 12th 2026*
Before School: 6:30 - 8:30 AM
After School: 3:30 - 6:00 PM
Full Days: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

How to Enroll
Registration is open for the 2025-2026 school year (2026-2027 will open May 1st 2026). Once your child is enrolled for the B.A.S.E. program, you will receive an “approval” email. Once approved, go to the School Cares Work Portal and register on the calendar under “Attendance.” You may register by the week(s) or month.
Registration will always be due by Wednesday at midnight for the following week to avoid any late fees. All space is first come, first serve.

Reminders
- If your child is sick, please do not send them to the program and review our handbook policy regarding children who are ill.
- Please pack snacks as needed for each session. SCE B.A.S.E does not provide snacks for children.
