Thank you  to Margie Hanson, Cami Caldwell, and Alfa Huerta for helping shelve books in the library! It is a necessary chore and all our SCE students and myself greatly appreciate your efforts and help in keeping our library organized!

Hard cover children's book donations are always welcome!

Education: I earned my degree in Art Therapy in 1985.

Background: I have had the privilege of working as the Sand Creek Librarian since March 2004.

Teaching Approach / Philosophy: My favorite thing about working in the library is seeing our kids excited about books and learning new things. I believe in teaching kids that knowledge is power and learning is a life long endeavor.
Family: My husband Kevin and I have 4 grown children who all attended Sand Creek Elementary. Our oldest graduated from UMKC Law School and our three boys all played lacrosse and graduated from CSU.  Go Rams!

We love living in Colorado and enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, especially in the winter, I love snow!
